Our subscription form uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA is operated by Google LLC and works by analysing user behaviour and collecting hardware and software information, including IP address, browser type, and interaction patterns. This data is transmitted to and processed by Google.

The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By using our subscription form, you acknowledge that this data may be processed by Google in accordance with those policies.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in keeping the website and its services secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Email Subscriptions & Brevo

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is collected and transmitted to Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), our email marketing service provider. Brevo acts as a data processor on our behalf and is contractually obligated to handle your data only in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection law.

Your data is used solely to send you the newsletter you subscribed to. We will never use it for any other purpose, nor share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the mailing list.
